Build with AI
Agents that do the work, with you in control.
We build AI agents and workflow automations that read, decide and act across your tools — CRM, email, helpdesk, spreadsheets and internal systems — with approvals and audit trails.

Good automation starts with the process, not the model. Before writing any code we map how the work actually flows today: who does what, which systems are involved, where time is lost and where mistakes happen. Then we identify the steps that are safe to automate fully, the ones where an AI agent can prepare work for a person to approve, and the ones that should stay human. The result is automation your team trusts, because they can see what it is doing and step in at any point.
Our agents read emails and documents, look things up across your tools, make decisions within clear rules and take actions such as updating a CRM, drafting replies, raising tickets or filling spreadsheets. Each action is logged, and anything sensitive goes through an approval step.
We start with a narrow, high-value workflow and run the agent alongside your team before giving it more autonomy. Human-in-the-loop controls let people approve, edit or reject actions, and those decisions become training material for improving the agent. We connect to your tools through their official APIs or through Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and we use durable workflow engines so long-running jobs survive errors and restarts. Where a no-code platform such as n8n, Zapier or Make is the simpler answer, we will say so and build on it.
Will agents replace our staff? In our experience they remove the repetitive parts of a job, so people spend more time on decisions, customers and exceptions.
What happens when an agent is unsure? It hands the task to a person with the context it gathered, instead of guessing. You decide where those thresholds sit.
Can we start small? Yes. Most clients begin with one workflow, measure the time saved, and expand from there.
We learn your goals, users and constraints, and agree what success looks like.
