Every software vendor now sells AI, and every team has ideas for using it. The hard part is choosing. Which uses will genuinely save time or create revenue? Which are risky, expensive or simply not ready? Should you buy a tool, build your own, or wait? Our strategy work answers those questions with evidence, so your budget goes to the projects most likely to pay back.
We are independent of any AI vendor. We recommend off-the-shelf tools when they fit, custom builds when they are justified, and doing nothing when the numbers don't add up.
We run short workshops with the people who do the work, not just management, to find where time is spent and where errors occur. We then assess each candidate use case on value, feasibility, data availability, risk and cost, including ongoing running costs that are often overlooked. Promising ideas can be tested with a small proof of concept on your real data before you commit to a full build. Throughout, we review data protection and security requirements, including obligations under GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and US state privacy laws where they apply to you.
How long does an assessment take? Typically a few weeks, depending on the size of your organisation and how many teams are involved.
Do we have to use you to build what you recommend? No. The roadmap is yours to execute with any partner or your own team, and it is written to be usable either way.
We already use ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. Is this still useful? Yes. We often help teams get more value from tools they already pay for, and set the guardrails for using them safely.
What do you need from us? A sponsor who can make decisions, a few hours from the people who know each process best, and read-only access to sample data where we assess feasibility. We keep the time commitment light and schedule workshops around your teams.
