Engineer
Make your systems talk to each other.
We design APIs and connect the tools you rely on — CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, marketing platforms and AI services — with reliable, monitored integrations.
01
REST and GraphQL APIs with versioning, auth, rate limiting and documentation.
02
Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Razorpay, QuickBooks, Shopify and more.
03
Keep records consistent across systems with retries and conflict handling.
04
Event-driven architectures that react in real time.
05
Alerts and dashboards so failures are caught before customers notice.
06
Bridge older systems, file drops and on-premise software to modern APIs.
Most businesses run on a dozen or more tools: a CRM, an accounting package, an online store, a payment gateway, marketing platforms and internal databases. When they don't share information, people copy data by hand, mistakes creep in and reports never quite match. We connect those systems with integrations that are reliable, secure and monitored, and we design APIs that let your own products and partners exchange data cleanly.
We work with the platforms you already use, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Shopify, Stripe, Razorpay, Tally and SAP, as well as custom and legacy systems that only offer files or databases.
Integrations usually fail quietly: an API changes, a token expires or a record arrives in an unexpected format, and nobody notices until a customer complains. We design for that from the start. Every integration has retries, error queues for records that need attention, idempotency so nothing is processed twice, and monitoring with alerts. APIs we build are documented with OpenAPI, versioned so changes don't break clients, and protected with proper authentication and rate limits.
What if one of our systems has no API? We can often integrate through file exports, database connections, email parsing or browser automation, and we explain the trade-offs of each.
Is it secure to connect our systems? Yes, when done properly. We use least-privilege credentials, encrypt data in transit and store secrets securely, never in code.
Should we use Zapier or a custom integration? For simple, low-volume flows a no-code tool is often enough. We recommend custom integrations when volume, reliability or complexity demand it.
How quickly can a typical integration go live? Connecting two well-documented platforms often takes days to a couple of weeks, including testing with real data. Older systems without APIs take longer. We start with the flow that saves the most manual work and expand from there.
We learn your goals, users and constraints, and agree what success looks like.
